Dear Passenger Transport Service Provider
The 106 bus route in Cumbria has been run by a voluntary community organisation since Cumbria County Council withdrew their support for the service in 2014. The route has now been running for 4 years with contract and procurement support from Cumbria County Council.
The 106 Partnership has now formed as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) and is seeking to procure these services in its own right. Please find attached with this email a pack of documents supporting our procurement to which we invite your company to tender.
